Contest Participation Rules

  1. Participants must be registered users of ChefAdda.

  2. Participants can submit any delicious vegetarian recipe of their choice. From traditional sweets and snacks to your favourite homemade dishes, share your recipe on ChefAdda and be a part of the festive celebration.

  3. While submitting your recipe, you must select Dussehra Special Recipe Contest 2026 from the Contest Dropdown.

  4. Recipes must be submitted within the official contest period to be eligible.

  5. Please provide accurate recipe details, a clear description, and suitable photographs.

Recipe Review & Publication

After submission, your recipe will initially remain in pending status. The ChefAdda admin team will review your recipe, and it will be published only after approval.

If you encounter any issues with your recipe submission or need assistance, please contact the ChefAdda support team.

Before You Submit

Please ensure your recipe includes the following so it can be reviewed for the contest:

  • A clear photo of the finished dish, taken by you.

  • At least three steps, in the order you cooked them.

  • A photo for at least one step, or a video link for the complete recipe.

  • Each ingredient listed with its quantity.

  • Preparation time, cooking time, and the number of servings.

  • This contest selected from the contest list on the submission form.

Please do not submit:

  • Blurry photos, photos taken by someone else, collages, or photos covered with large text.

  • The same step photo more than once.

  • A recipe you have already shared on ChefAdda.
