This navratri make these Appam made from Singhada Atta which is so quick to make and trust me those were delicious and less oily.
Taste is just amazing.Do try this at home 🙂

Ingradient
 75g Singhada Atta
 30g Curd
 50g Grated Carrot
 7 Cashews- Cut in half lengthwise
 20g Ghee
 1tsp Zeera
 1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
 4 Green Chillies (Chopped)
 Few Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
 Kadi Patta -10 (Chopped)
 1/2 inch Ginger (grated)
 Sendha Namak-To taste

Take a lok at the ingredients before we start.

1. Take Singhada Atta and add curd. Mix it together.
2. Then add about 120ml of water to make a smooth batter.
3. Keep aside batter for about 30 mins.
4. Now add all the above ingredients.

5. Put Ghee in appam pan and pour the batter ; Cover the pan.
6. Cook on low flame for 3 mins.
7. Then turn upside down to fry the other side and cover pan.
8. Take them out from pan and it is ready to serve.
9. This recipe makes around 14 appams.
