soak samak for 15-20 minutes.
heat kadhai and add ghee
add soaked samak and roast.
add milk and boil the mixture.
cook for 15-18 minutes on low flame.
add cardamom powder and mix well
add cashew nuts and dry fruit
add saffron strands and mix and turn of the flame.
serve hot/chill.
