Banana Walnut Tea Cake

Everyone loves a classic right?
A Flavorful moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread that is perfect match for a warm cup of Tea or Coffee !!

Ingredients
 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
 2 tbsp Honey
 ¾ cup Mashed Banana
 1 pinch Salt
 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 2 cups Wheat Flour / all purpose flour
 4 Eggs
Directions

Preheat (Microwave) to 140 degrees for 5 minutes. Lay a sheet of parchment paper across the bottom and up the sides of the pan.

Melt the butter in a large glass bowl in the microwave.

Add the honey and mashed banana to the bowl and whisk to combine. Whisk in the eggs.

Add the baking soda, salt and vanilla to the bowl. Whisk until very well combined.

Add the flour and mix with a rubber spatula until just combined, You want all of the flour to be incorporated into the batter, but try not to over-mix.

Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan, spilt a banana and keep it on top.

Bake for 9-10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then transfer it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
