Myself Preeti. And cooking is my passion. Today On the occasion of Navratri. I have tried to make a sweet dish from a vegetable that is potatoes which are easily available in every home. I just gave it a twist. And it turned out to be a super delicious dish. I have also uploaded this video on my YouTube channel and have provided the recipe below.

1. Smash boiled potatoes.
2. Boil the milk until it becomes dry like rabadi.
3. Add mashed potatoes and coconut powder in to that milk.
Dry this whole material on high flame.
Add sugar, ilachi powder, 1tsp beetroot juice (it's optional for coloring)
Dry this whole material on high flame.
Put this on a plate and cut it into the shapes of a Barfi.
Decorate it with Kaju on top.
It's all ready to serve for Navratri.
