Toast in disguise

Well, if you are wondering what to eat for breakfast or just want to snack on something, I got you all covered. An all new recipe, “Toast in disguise”. Quick, easy, mouth watering. Here we go.

 Bread slices - 6
 Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 3 cups
 Mozzarella cheese balls - 2
 Veggies of choice - finely cut
 Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
 Salt - to taste
 Black pepper - to taste
 Red chilly powder (optional) - to taste
 Oregano - to taste

Preheat the oven at 400°F (204°C approx.).

Spread everything on the bread slices, follow the steps mentioned below for a great look and taste.

Spread shredded cheese.

Veggies, I used brocoli, onion, tomato and avocado.

Season with salt, pepper and red chilly powder.

Cut small pieces of mozzarella cheese balls and put 2-3 pieces on each slice.

Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds.

Baking

Bake for 10-15 minutes in preheated oven.

In the end, broil for 2-5 minutes at high for a charring effect.

Serving

Sprinkle oregano over it and serve hot.

I used raisin cinnamon spiced whole wheat bread, it uplifts the recipe and tastes amazing.
