Let the sugar dissolve fully, till then take a container in which you want to make Mysore Pak.
(A cake tin does the job very well)
Grease the container with ghee thoroughly.
Once the sugar is completely dissolved in water, add 250 grams of peanut powder to it.
Keep stirring continuously up to 8-10 minutes.
Now add 2 tbsp. ghee to the mixture and keep stirring continuously for another 5 minutes in clockwise direction only.
(To get a good net-like texture, it is advised to stir only in one direction.)
Follow the same cycle twice (10 minutes).
(Add 2 tbsp. ghee, stir for 5 minutes
again Add 2 tbsp. ghee, stir for 5 minutes)
Now turn the flame OFF.
Immediately pour the mixture in the container and tap the container to spread the mixture evenly.
Within 1 minute of pouring the mixture, cut it into desired size and shape.
(If you are late to cut it, it won't get cut afterwards as it becomes stiff)
Let it cool for 5 minutes and remove it from the container.
Your Tasty & Crispy Fast Mysore Pak is ready to be served.
