Tasty and Crispy Vrat/Upvas Mysore Pak

We all love to have Mysore Pak but when there's fast we cannot have it.
But....don't worry now you can make this awesome Vrat Mysore Pak within 30 minutes.

 200 grams Sugar
 250 grams Roasted Peanut Powder
 100 ml Water
 100 ml Ghee

Heat a pan at high flame.

Add 200 grams sugar followed by 100 ml of water.

Let the sugar dissolve fully, till then take a container in which you want to make Mysore Pak.
(A cake tin does the job very well)

Grease the container with ghee thoroughly.

Once the sugar is completely dissolved in water, add 250 grams of peanut powder to it.

Keep stirring continuously up to 8-10 minutes.

Now add 2 tbsp. ghee to the mixture and keep stirring continuously for another 5 minutes in clockwise direction only.
(To get a good net-like texture, it is advised to stir only in one direction.)

Follow the same cycle twice (10 minutes).
(Add 2 tbsp. ghee, stir for 5 minutes
again Add 2 tbsp. ghee, stir for 5 minutes)

So, a total 3 times ghee is added and stirred for 15 minutes in total.

Now turn the flame OFF.

Immediately pour the mixture in the container and tap the container to spread the mixture evenly.

Within 1 minute of pouring the mixture, cut it into desired size and shape.
(If you are late to cut it, it won't get cut afterwards as it becomes stiff)

Let it cool for 5 minutes and remove it from the container.

Your Tasty & Crispy Fast Mysore Pak is ready to be served.

Note: - After turning the gas flame OFF, pour the mixture into the container ASAP as it becomes stiff very quickly
