Sama Rice crepe’s stuffed with marinated paneer stick

Sama rice crepe’s made and is stuffed with paneer stick marinated with masala used during fasting. Completely vegetarian and fasting ingredients used.

Crepe’s ingredients
 Sami rice flour
 Water
 Chopped green chilli and grated ginger and fasting salt
Paneer stick
 200 gm paneer cut in stick
 Red chilli powder
 Haldi pinch, garam masala, roasted zeera , fasting salt
Dip
 1/2 cup curd hung
 Green chilli chopped, ginger , powder sugar

Crepe
1

Sama rice flour 1 cup. Add chopped green chilli and grated ginger. Salt of fasting. Slowly add water . Make sure there is no lumps. Make batter watery

Dip

Hung curd 1/2 cup
Add slight sugar powder
Salt for fasting
Green chilli chopped
Ginger grated

Paneer stick

Cut paneer in stick type in big pieces. Add red chilli powder, pinch handi, salt of fasting, lemon juice, garam masala, roasted zeera masala and marinate it.

Paneer stick saute

Coat paneer stick with samo rice flour.Now take ghee in pan. Sauté paneer stick till golden brown all side

Crepe’s

In hot pan slowly pour batter to make thin sheets. Cook both sides

Assemble

In crepe’s add paneer stick. Apply dip. Pack it.
