Sama rice crepe’s made and is stuffed with paneer stick marinated with masala used during fasting. Completely vegetarian and fasting ingredients used.
Sama rice flour 1 cup. Add chopped green chilli and grated ginger. Salt of fasting. Slowly add water . Make sure there is no lumps. Make batter watery
Hung curd 1/2 cup
Add slight sugar powder
Salt for fasting
Green chilli chopped
Ginger grated
Cut paneer in stick type in big pieces. Add red chilli powder, pinch handi, salt of fasting, lemon juice, garam masala, roasted zeera masala and marinate it.
Coat paneer stick with samo rice flour.Now take ghee in pan. Sauté paneer stick till golden brown all side
In hot pan slowly pour batter to make thin sheets. Cook both sides
In crepe’s add paneer stick. Apply dip. Pack it.
