For gravy- Oil-2tbsp,cumin-1/2tsp,chopped ginger-1tsp,green chilli-1tsp,add-tomato pulp-1cup,saute well.Add kauri methi-1tsp,salt-to taste, red chilli powder-1/2tsp,coriander powder-1/2tsp,cumin-1/2tsp,turmeric-1tsp,mix well,oil separates,add cashew paste,add curd - 1tsp,water-1cup,boil,add vada.Ready to serve.
