For kheer
 1L full cream milk
 1 cup Sago/ Sabudana
 Saffron strands
 Cardamom
 Pistachios
 Sugar
For roasting
 2 tsp Ghee
 Almonds
 Cashew nuts
For roasting dryfruits

In a pan, take 2 tsp Ghee

Add cashew nuts and almonds, roast them till goldsn brown and crisp. Keep them aside

For kheer

Take 1L milk in a pot. Add saffron strands and let the milk boil

Now add 1 cup sabudana (sabudana soaked for 4 hours).

When milk reduces to 1/4th part add nuts into it. Continuously mix milk

When milk reduces to half and sabudana turns transparent add sugar as per your taste or for light sugar eaters you can add 3 tbsp sugar.

Mix well and Your kheer is ready.
