Paan Laddu/Quick recipe with a Delicious taste/Alka’s Kitchen.

This is Alka Agarwal from Hyderabad.
I am making a sweet Recipe by using Nestle Milkmaid That's the "PAAN LADDU"
This is one of the sweet recipe with a very unique flavor of Meetha Paan and that can be made at home very easily for any festive season.
The main ingredients that are used are:
Desiccated Coconut Powder,
Nestle milkmaid/ Condensed milk
Calcutta Paan,
Gulkand & Dry fruits.

 Kolkatta Paan - 12 in no.s
 Desiccated Coconut powder - 250 gms
 Condensed milk - 300 gms
 Almonds chopped - 7-8 in no.s
 Cashew nuts - 7-8 in no.s
 Tutty fruty - 1/4th cup
 Maraschino cherries - 7-8 in no.s
 Milk - 2tbsp
 Gulkand - 150 gms
 Green food color - a pinch

Steps:

Wash the paan once and cut into pieces by using a scissor/knife

Add in condensed milk &
Make the fine paste of paan and condensed milk in a mixcy jar
After grinding take it out in a bowl

On the gas flame
Keep the flame low and add in Desiccated coconut powder
Roast it for a minute on medium to low flame only
Stir it continuously

Now it's the time to add in the paste that we made
Once added mix well properly
Then Off the flame

To get a good green color to our laddu's we need to add in green food color
Add green food color in milk and then add in this mixture
Give a good mix

Add in the left over milk to it and again mix well

Now its the time to make the stuffing for our sweet laddus.
Thats gives us the flavor of MEETHA PAAN in it.

Take a bowl
Add in chopped almonds, cashew nuts, Tutty fruity, chopped cherry, and the gulkand
MIx everything and the stuffing is ready

once the stuffing and mixture are ready we can make the laddus.

Let's start making the Laddu
for that we need
Some ghee
The mixture that we made
stuffing
Sliced cherry and Desiccated coconut powder

Take little ghee(optional) and apply on your palms
The mixture is cooled down Now, Take the mixture to make the big lemon sized ball or the size of your choice.

Press the ball & give it the shape of Katori
so that you can fill the stuffing that we made

Add the filling in the center and then close from the corners to give it the shape of a laddu.

So let's make the ball after filling the stuffing & rotate it in your palms to complete the LADDU

ROLL THE PREPARED LADDU with the Desiccated coconut powder.
In a similar way prepare the rest of all the laddus.

Now place the laddu in a plate & place the cherry on the top of laddu. They are ready to be served.

The Sweet, Yummy and delicious laddus are ready that gives us the flavor of Meetha Paan in it.
They are very very delicious in having it too.
