Oats and daliya soup recipe

This easy healthy and delicious daliya oats soup si super quick to make.It just takes about 20 minutes from start to finish to make a large bowl of this flavourful soup.I have a shared a basic recipe here.

Ingredients for Oats Soup Recipe
 Oats 1 cup
 Oil 1 tablespoon
 Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
 Daliya 1 cup
 Green chilli chopped 1
 Turmeric powder a pinch
 Crushed black peppercorns 1/4 teaspoon
 Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
 Salt to tasteresh coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
 Red chilli flower 1
 Onion chopped 1

Method
1

Heat oil a non-stick wok, add cumin seeds and saute till the colour changes.

Add garlic and sauté till it turns light brown in colour. Add green chilli, onion and sauté for 15 secs.

Add oats, 1 cup water and mix well. Add turmeric powder, crushed black pepper, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes or till oats are fully cooked.

Add daliya, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
