Ingradients
 Mawa-1/2 kg
 Sugar-1cup
 Desi Ghee-2tbsp
  Cardamom-3-4 ( crushed )
 Almonds-1/4 cup ( chopped)

Switch on the flame, Heat the pan, and add Desi ghee.

Then add Mawa and roast the mawa for 3-4 minutes.
Note- please stir continuously otherwise it sticks at the bottom of the pan.

Add Cardamom ( crushed).

when mawa releases the oil, then it is ready for the next process, now add sugar and chopped Almonds.
Note- After adding sugar it will take 2-3 minutes more because sugar released the water after melting.

when Mawa removes the oil in the pan, then it is ready.

Take a plate/ cake tin/pan grease it with oil or ghee. Pour the mixture on a greased plate.

cool it at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then cut it into pieces.
