What comes to your mind when you think of summers? Sun! Humidity! Beaches! Summer body!?
Well, the first thing which comes to my mind, when thinking about summers is ‘Mango’. Red, green and Yellow; sweet and sour; raw and ripe; different forms and these are just textures and tastes. If we talk about the variety that mango contains, it’s a long list. I can name some for you: Carabao from Philippines (world’s best mango), Alphonso from India (India’s best mango), Graham from Trinidad, Haden from Mexico, Francis from Haiti and Keitt from United States, the list goes on.
I got a Mocktail related to mangoes, which I recently invented. An original. “Mango Twister”. Let’s talk about it.
