We all love rabadi but today lets try making rabadi with twist.

Makhana is has several health benefit like - rich in calcium, helps people with athritis, maintain blood pleasure and many more.

 1/2 litre condensed milk
 1 big bowl of makhana
 3 -4 saffron strands
 1/2 cup sugar
 Small pieces of cashew nut
 1 tbsp Clarified butter (ghee)
 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Add 1 tbsp of clarified butter on a pan and roast 1 big bowl of makhana till turns crispy.

Grind them once cool

Boil 1/2 litre brind til it reduces to 3/4.
Add grinded makhana & sugar in it and let it boil
Once the milk thickens up add cardamom powder and saffron strands, give it a quick mix and turn off the flame.
