Kuttu Aata--Paneer Wrap is healthy, tasty & very quick to prepare. It adds to the variety of Navratri special food items. It's unique & different from the routine dishes served/cooked during Navratri fasting.

Ingredient
For Wrap Filling
 100 grams chopped paneer,
 2 tomatoes puree
 2-3 chopped green chilies
 Coriander leaves
 1/2 Red chilli powder
 1/2 Coriander powder,
 1 tbsp cooking oil
For Wrap Mix
 1 tsp cooking oil
  ¼ tsp rock salt
 1 bowl Kuttu ka Aata
 3 bowls of water
For The Chutney
 ½ bowl fresh coconut (sliced)
 ½ bowl roasted peanuts
 ½ bowl curd
 25-30 gms coriander leaves
 5-6 green chillies
 Rock salt (as per taste)

For Filling Of The Wrap

a) Heat oil in the pan & add in it tomato puree, roast it well.
b) Next, add to it green chilli, paneer.
c) Add salt, deggi mirch & coriander powder to it - mix well.
d) Garnish with coriander leaves

For The Chutney, For The Wrap Mix & For Preparing The Wrap

Chutney:
a) In a jar add curd, fresh coconut, peanuts, coriander leaves, green chilli & salt.
b) Grind them well.
Wrap Mix:
Take a bowl add to it kuttu aata, salt, cooking oil & water—mix well, ensuring no lumps are formed. Tip: The consistency of the mix should be thin & flowing.
Prepare Wrap:
In a pan put some oil, let it spread it all over the pan & heat it a bit.
> Now add flowing kuttu aata on the pan, spread it evenly.
> Let it cook on high flame for about 4-5 minutes: no need to turn its side as it’ll already get cooked in the given time.
> Place the wrap on a serving plate, spread chutney over it & put the filling in its centre.
Wrap it from 3 sides & serve it hot.
