Myself preeti priya, cooking is my passion. Today on the occasion of Navratri I have tried a very different style of pani puri that is famous in Gujarat region.
1. Pour 1/2 tsp oil in a heating pan.
2.add hing tadka.
3.add boiled yellow matar.
4. Add all the masala.
5. Dry all the material on high flame.
6. Add mashed potatoes to it.
7. Mix Dhaniya pudina in the mixture for chutney.
