Make a paste by grinding 1/2 cup Soaked samo rice and 1/2 cup Soaked Sabudana. Add 2 tbsp Dahi, 1 tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp eno and whisk it. Now steam like idli and it will be ready.

Take some oil and add curry leaves, jeera, ginger chilly paste, boiled mashed potatoes, salt, sugar, lemon juice. Mix everything and it will be ready.
