Eggless Pineapple Cake

Hey guys today I have brought eggless super soft and moist pineapple cake recipe it is found in bakeries and cafes it is universal flavour everyone generally likes it so guys do give this recipe try and enjoy!!!

Eggless Pineapple Cake/ in kadhai
 3Tbsp Butter
 3Tbsp Oil
 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
 1/4 Cup condensed Milk
 1Cup Milk
 1+1/2 Tsp Vinegar
 1 Tsp Pineapple essence
 1+1/2 Cup Maida
 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
 1+1/2Tsp Baking powder
For Icing
 2 Cups water
 1+1/2 Cup Sugar
 1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
For Pineapple Gel
 1Cup fresh Pineapple juice
  1/2 Cup powdered sugar
 1Tsp lemon juice
 2Tbsp Cornflour

Methods

First, prepare your kadhai with putting some edible salt and cover it with lid and let is get pre heated for few minutes may(10-15) Mon.

Now, start with adding the dry mixture in a bowl sift all of them well and then prepare the buttermilk by adding vinegar to milk and let it sit for few minutes to curdle and then within 15 min add pineapple essence to it and then prepare the liquid mixture for which cream together sugar oil and condensed milk.

Now add one by one buttermilk and wet mixture to the dry mixture and prepare a smooth batter and finally add some yellow food colour to it and mix well and pour it in a circular mould, and put it in the kadhai and bake it.
