Hello everyone. sharing a very healthy dish's recipe that can be made in Navratri with very minimum ingredients.
This is an interesting and very tasty dish. This recipe is very simple, easy, and can be made quickly!

Serving Size 1 medium bowl
Servings 3
-First of all peel and dice the cucumber in small pieces.
- Make a fine paste of Ginger (approx. 1 Tsp)
Heat the pan and add 2 Tsp of Desi Ghee to the heated pan.

Now add peanuts to the heated pan, fry till golden brown.

Now make a coarse paste of the fried peanuts.
Now to the pan, add cumin seeds(jeera) and ginger paste on a medim-high flame.

After 2 minutes, add diced cucumber to the pan and stir well.
Add Salt to taste
Cover with a lid and leave for 3-4 minutes on a medium- high flame.

Remove the lid and add black pepper powder to the pan.

Now add coarse peanut paste to the pan and mix well.

Leave for 2-3 minutes and you're dish is ready to serve.
Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves (optional).
